TESTIMONIALS
Billy Stott
Billy comes from a family of entertainers. His
father William B. Stott was a featured vocalist
in some of the legendary big bands in the 1940s.
His Grandfather William Herron was a renowned
vibe player performing around the world in
vaudeville and cabarets through the 1950s. Bill
is an accomplished saxophonist. He's performed
with touring bands from age 16 until 24 when he
founded The Rockets.
Billy financed his undergraduate studies by
performing music at multiple venues, earned a
degree in Marketing and minored in Music. He
applied his business principles to launch The
Rockets into the hottest band on the east coast
from the 80s to the 90s and they're still going
strong! Mr. Stott's techniques and approach to
playing cover music in nightclubs have become
market standards. Billy successfully managed The
Rockets and launched many other bands, most
notably Split Decision. Split Decision explodes
with popularity among the east coast nightclub
goers. They have released an original CD and
have local radio airplay. Split Decision has
eclipsed attendance records in multiple states.
Loudmouth, The Loop, Bigg Romeo, Groove Pocket,
Y-Not and El-Kabong are regional mega-draws and
the recent debut of Big Time and Ignition are a guaranteed
success.
Billy Stott is versed in the business end of
music - servicing customers as opposed to just
playing a concert. Hands on management of the
product in every capacity (business coaching,
theatrical coaching, strategic marketing and
bookings) are done with assuredness and
humility. His practical approach to negotiation
is valued to all people he does business. His
intense demeanor is fueled by his humble roots
in Philadelphia. He has earned respect and
business through continued unending effort. |
